After more than 16 years of experience as a consultant, process and project manager in various industries, I have specifically transferred my expertise to the construction and real estate sector. Thanks to this combination of industry experience and sector-specific know-how, I understand both the complex requirements of large projects and the practical challenges on the construction site. My focus is on business and technical topics as well as on the efficient structuring of projects.
